Kensie Coppin is a talented singer-songwriter from Texas who began singing at the age of eight. By the time she turned twelve, she was already performing at venues such as Cheatham Street Warehouse, Gruene Hall, and various Opry houses across Texas. When she was thirteen, her family moved to Nashville, where she continued to pursue her music career. During her teenage years in Nashville, Kensie wrote and recorded music with Sony Records and had the opportunity to open for artists like Josh Turner and Rebecca Lynn Howard. After graduating high school, Kensie returned to Texas to attend college for two years, where she studied business while working as a preschool teacher and nanny. After a brief hiatus from music, she received encouragement from William Clark Green to tour with him. This experience inspired her to write and record her first EP, titled "Kensie Coppin." She is now proudly celebrating her first release on Texas radio, "Texas in Me."
